For this craft, you will need two coffee filters, google-eyes, washable markers and a spray bottle ( or dropper), a scissor, glue, and some construction paper.
Take your coffee filters and stack them evenly atop each other. Color the top one in different colors with your markers. The next step is to spray them down with water. The key is to use enough water to bleed the colors but not too much that they are sopping wet. Let your filters dry.
Once they are dry, you will glue only the centers together, but leave the filters a bit off-kilter, so they are not lined up 100% perfectly. Then take your scissor and cut fringes around the filters. Cut 4 strips out of the construction paper for arms and legs. Accordion fold them and then unfold and glue them in between the filters. Glue on the google-eyes and draw a mouth.
